Not much opportunity for advancement, with he’s y competition from other workers. Physically straining job when you are needed to help with in life department. There were issues of training individuals even when they were perfectly qualified to learn said skills, which held back flow of the company’s goals.

Super strict about taking vacation (even for employees of 3+ years), mandatory overtime for some roles, lots of turnover because the company doesn't seem to care about keeping employees. Pay for starting positions is about $21/h which is not a great wage for the work/hours you are required to do + how seriously they expect you to take it

Poor onboarding and training experience. Low pay. Management has no problem overworking with little to no recognition. There is no guidance or support.

Poor training, not giving time to learn, too much pressure, the managers are not trustable.
