Marcus Perez new company by line..."Figure It Out". Don't go to your manager, peer or leadership if there is something you don't understand. You're to "figure it out". This is the lack of empathy and team-spirit culture pervasive at this company. In the 3 years Altera has owned Allscripts Sunrise and the managed services of said EMR, there hasn't been a compensation increase, bonus or benefits improvement for employees. The business is losing business and customers to Epic at a steady rate. I think they only have 60 or so hospitals left in the market. This shows how poorly this company is managed. No opportunities for advancement, no salary increases each year. This place is a DEAD END.

-Senior leaders are dismissive and rude. -no pay raises after promotions. Yes you read that correctly. You will EARN a bonus after meeting goals set with management for your promotion. What a fantastic way to reward employees. -HR does not partner with the business. Kowtow to senior leaders, they love power and control and scold everyone beneath them.
