low salaries, management refuses vacation in the summer, managers call you after hours and during weekends, they cannot train you because they do not have staff, micromanagement, mess, luck of any support, your co-workers are stressed out, they cry and run to HR on daily basis
Ok ,Benefits , retail employees works hard to increase clients satisfactions despite the fact that other departments mostly do not support the employees, they are very counter productive and they will take no responsibilities.
Cons
Upper management disorganized/HR poorly managed they want to put as many employees on personal improvement plans so they can justify there jobs.
Managers will do and say anything to achieve there hidden agendas or look good in the eyes of upper management despite the well being of the employees or clients.
