Pros

Clients and events are perfect for young grads. Young employees who can be fun to work with. Perks are free food, drinks, and clients who are fun to work with.

Cons

Very low pay, virtually no PTO, no real benefits, no compensation for gas even though you will be driving all over San Diego, and no job security - I've never heard of another company this size with such a high turnover rate. William can be your bff one day then turn on you the next if don't agree with him - eye-rolling in meetings, dirty looks, rude remarks. One of my coworkers once told me she regularly had to apologize for things she didn't do/had no fault in just to stay on his good side. Once you tick him off, be prepared because he will make it his mission to find something wrong in everything you do. Then he will fire you. Literally every single person I worked with had some degree of anxiety over losing their job because of how often he fires people. Because of this, people will have no problem throwing you under the bus if it means staying in his good graces. He clearly asked for all of the good reviews on this page. RUN AWAY.

Pros

Enjoyed my coworkers. Had a good time collaborating with them and sharing ideas. Learned more from them than from the *crazy* owner. Fun clients

Cons

Let me first say... DO NOT WORK HERE. Save your sanity. The owner is absolutely PSYCHOTIC. One day he will love you and the next day he hates you and your job is in question. Underpaid, undervalued, under appreciated. That's how I felt the entire time I worked here. The employee turnover is out of this world. I don't know anyone there that lasts more than a year and a half. This guy hires new people one day only to fire them the next. HE IS INCREDIBLY IMPULSIVE and will work you into the ground. Calls you on the weekends, nights, holidays, doesn't matter. If you don't answer, you are screwed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Bad pay. No benefits.

Pros

Has a really talented team who are nice people to work with, unfortunately they are mistreated, berated and under paid by William, the owner.

Cons

Let me make one thing clear: Don't be fooled by the nicely decorated office, William is CRAZY! Honestly, run in the other direction. He is a micro-manager that requests a weekly or daily report of every little thing you do so that he can nit pick and ask 'Why haven't you done more??' because no matter what you do, the work is never good enough. He also has this routine where he will pick one person in the office, decides he no longer likes them even though he's the one that hires them, and then makes it a point to find any mistakes so he can bring them to everyones attention (usually during the weekly meetings) until he ultimately fires them. He tries to come off as a know it all, but in reality he's just a drunk diva who speaks poorly about his employees and clients. The agency has been around for 15 years and the person who's been there the longest has only been there for 2 years. I get the industry sees rotation, but I think in the last two months alone he's hired and subsequently fired 5 people. There is no consistency there and honestly I think he takes advantage of all the young staff members who don't know any better of what it is to be treated well as an employee. Also, lets talk about how the place has more UNPAID interns than actual staff members. It's ridiculous how he gets away with having that many people doing free labor. It makes you wonder how he gets away with it, probably the same way he gets away with debt collectors calling him all the time... Compensation: don't expect much. Not only will you be underpaid, be expected to work without a real lunch break, be at his beckon call 24/7, but gas expenses won't be covered either, even though you're expected to drive to all your clients events located throughout San Diego county. I guess the only good coming out of it is that any job after this seems like heaven on earth.
