      Pros

      Compensation is good. A lot of really talented and amazing people work here. The supporting hubs are excellent.

      Cons

      There is no vision or long term goals. Science is not critically evaluated. Lots of nepotism and favoritism when it comes to promotions and project choices.

      More Art Than Science = Money Pit

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits for a company of this size, and that's likely the only pro.

      Cons

      Performative activism. Zero direction nor a solidified timeline to go live. Collaboration is hard, but the People team, in particular, is difficult to work with, and the Head of People's vision and demeanor is something you'd find at the crossroads of a circus and a business in the 50s. Equity = monopoly money.

      Interesting work, stifled by bureaucracy

      - interesting mission - good scientists

      Cons

      - advancement is often based on favoritism, not competence - leadership does not like criticism - the computation division is run by people with little or no experience in machine learning and is now all about process and paperwork
