      Good work-life balance, but pay lags behind market

      Pros

      Good work-life balance between all divisions. Most work units are given option to work from home. Work loads are reasonable, with busy and down seasons. There are good instructions and tutorials to catch up to general workflow.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better as it is behind market. The management will not provide you with better compensation unless you confront them.
