Everything else including owners. Owners are the worst part. They do not acknowledge your existence. Not even a hello. They like to micromanage and send you to pick up lunch for them.

This company has the worst leadership to ever exist. The had a commission structure for all the recruiters. Some of us were expecting big pay days in the thousands for our hard work. We were then notified that because the new hires didn't have all their documents in by orientation day we would not be getting it. That did not stop the company from hiring them, just gave them a reason to get out of their obligation to their employees. Run away from this company. Do not ever work here. You are better off staying unemployed then selling your soul to this company.

Payroll is never done on time the coordinators are very unprofessional you will be stressed and behind on bills or evicted if you work here they do nothing to help employees and they hang up on you never take accountability for the hardships they cause to there employees
