      This employer gave me freedom to fulfill my ideas and achieve my goals. I took several leadership trainings and was involved all areas of people management, product controlling and facility management. .

      Great team and people overall who can create a nice atmosphere around them.

      Sometimes high management will not give you an opportunity to grow in a company just because they don't like you as a person :) Also the salary is not that much.
