I really appreciate the positive and collaborative culture. Leadership is accessible and approachable. There's truly very little ego throughout the entire company - people are supportive and willing to help. Very talented people throughout the organization.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging at times, especially when managing collaboration across U.S. and India time zones and can lead to long workdays. Time off may occasionally be interrupted unless you set hard boundaries.

Cool tech. Talented engineers, Growing company. C level some of the most interesting and talented people I've worked for.

Cons

Chaos is the best way to describe the working environment. Expected to work insane hours to keep up with time difference of R&D and rest of company in India. All MGMT hires seemed to come from India and had no opportunity to move up.
