      Great Health Insurance, but that's it.

      Pros

      Health Insurance plan is amazing, but that's about it.

      Cons

      Properties are pretty outdated, communication is subpar, no room for promotion unless you plan on being there for 10+ years it seems. Base pay is very low, commission rates are also very low, about $125-$150 per lease.

      Pros

      You are rewarded for hard work and dedication with competitive wages and low cost benefits as well as recognition from your supervisors. The work is challenging and rewarding. Your teammates will support you if needed and not expect anything in return. This is a company where the employee is just a warm body. The owner recognizes we are people and appreciation is shown in many ways. Working here means you will be part of a team.

      Cons

      The company is on the smaller side. It's growing, but still on the smaller side. If you are looking for somewhere to learn and grow in your skills, it's perfect for you.

      Management listens to ideas and is willing to implement change. They care about their employees well being. Great benefits and pay.

      I have worked here for over 2 years and cannot list anything negative. The company has treated me better than any other job I have ever had.
