Cons
Well, the company is not exactly what they say they are, they are just alive because they got acquired by Naukri.com which also their only source of traffic on their website. 1. They help you discover great places to work, but they should actually classify themselves at the bottom of their own list. 2. They call themselves a startup, but actually it's a fully corporate style functioning environment. 3. No clear progress path defined for employees, the team leads are not even concerned, if any employee is facing any issue. 4. One of the worst working cultures you can come across, any company after this would feel like your dream company. 5. There is no quality of work and a lack of technical skills among the team leads, hence, no guidance, and no growth. 6. Quality work is just expected but never appreciated. 7. Employees and their initiatives are not valued at all, they just expect you to do what they have given you, quietly and without asking questions. 8. If you ask too many questions or seek clarity, you earn a bad reputation among the management. 9. Whatever you say to anyone whether good or bad will be twisted and used against you at some point in time in your working tenure. So that means you are not even entitled to your opinion.
