Car, phone, diverse duties, providing a service most appreciate.

Cons

Changing Managers from pesticide hire relatives and friends know 0 about plants. Overloaded routes, no or little raises. Backbreaking work. Run.

This is not a freaking pest control company !! Plants & holiday décor are a different industry, treat it as such ! Every business needs pest control not everyone needs a Christmas Tree you idiots !

Pros

Good pay. Easy work and real sense of accomplishment when you are done. Have a decent group of people to work with.

Cons

Long hours during holidays and management thinks that there is nothing else in your life but this job. They tell you to take ownership of your route but then second guess you and change routes as they please. Can't retain any good employees. Politics are a big role in this job.
