Comfortable but very unemotional place to work at
Pros
- Lots of employees working on one project, therefore, work is distributed among many people. - Comfortable offices to work at - The company already has given excel work templates from many projects, therefore, the templates can be used without having to create them from scratch
Cons
- Very unemotional place to work at (No recreational activities organised by management other than just work work work) - No variable bonus - The training conducted by the Graduate programme is very poor (The "On-job training" emphasized by the management subjects graduates to being bullied by people who have much more experience; The mentors are more interested in exploiting graduates for their own benefit than to really mentor them - Several departments, which have foreign Section Managers, have strong preference for hiring their own people from their own country instead of the parent country's locals. This is a serious issue as most of the time, the locals get bullied or exploited by the foreign majority. The foreign majority can also control the flow of the project, intentionally delaying the project for their own benefit ( e.g. more overtime pay) - A lot of gossiping, back-biting and unnecessary conflict between employees
