      Pros

      Americold is a great company to work for. They value your input and welcome creativity and innovation. I've been here for almost a year and I love it! The pay is good, employees are friendly, and they believe in promoting from within. If you are looking for a company that offers career growth and a rewarding future, look no further! Don't believe the negative reviews, unfortunately Americold isn't exempt from disgruntled former employees.

      Cons

      I wish we had more paid holidays like the day off after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. Other than that I really don't have any cons.

      Starts off ok but not real

      Cons

      These people talk to you like you owe them something and talk to you like you don't know anything. What ever you do, do not come here. They will talk you into a job, work you like a slave, then 6 months later be looking to get rid of you. So much turnover in HR right now is ridiculous.

      Pros

      Pay is decent but not worth the degrading treatment by the CEO and executive team. The company keeps trying to go public.

      Cons

      High stress. High turnover of management. You have literally no job security in management. I have seen top performers fired because the CEO doesn't like them.
