If you're looking for a smaller firm with more opportunities, I definitely recommend this brokerage! The split structure and lead generation system is great. This isn't a firm for agents who need more hand holding, which isn't necessarily a negative thing. It depends on what you want/need. This firm is more for the experienced, self-starter type of agent.
