      Pros

      Met some fun, hardworking people at Amobee, really great team culture. Good foundational basis to the ad tech industry. Gained plenty of technical knowledge and soft skills.

      Cons

      Long hours, very stressful environment. High turnover rate, so management was unable to provide any effective change. More driven by client servicing rather than considering operational workload.
