This is due to the company's launch during the post-COVID period when it was very easy to raise funds, and the CEO's connections with Korean investors Strong relationships with Asian partners, customers, investors. This is arguably the most valuable aspect of the company, certainly not the technology.
Cons
Employees are expected to dedicate themselves to Amogy and work long hours but are laid off at the drop of a hat, often for "performance" reasons. Morale was especially affected when a sizeable fraction of the company was laid off right after an important milestone was reached. Lack of stability and direction. Periods of hiring and growth with layoffs in between. This speaks to the inexperience of senior leadership. Uncertain future. Success is tied to the adoption of clean ammonia as a fuel in Asia. If this doesn't happen or is delayed, it will have a serious impact.
