Pay, advancement, great people to work with, many departments. Most supervisors are nice and hard working, overtime

Cons

Wish there was a warning before I was let go like there is for others. Lots of turnover in entry level positions. Some supervisors switch shifts every four months

Managers don't take responsibility. High turnover. Low moral. Lots of huge egos. They want to do everything the same old way. Your opinion does not matter here.
