Authentic, Ethical, Fair....growing globally with many opportunities for advancement. Currently looking for good commercial people with knowledge of the plastics industry.

Cons

Need to revisit a couple of the old school practices. Nothing major just a few "family" culture items should be revisited.

Great benefits on top of normal includes shoe allowance thanksgiving gift card Christmas cash above industry pay

Cons

Management, training, no praise on the good things you do but you mess up and they are all over you. They should invest in their current employees for future growth but hold you back.
