Pros

Flexible Schedules, Encouraging Staff (Management would frequently send us food and snack giftboxes that would be delivered to our homes), and helpful onboarding/ training.

Cons

Working outside of the office, away from the rest of the team can be stressful and isolating if you're not keen on remote work. It can also be difficult to pace how much work you are putting in, where the responsibility falls on yourself to stay on top of the work.

Pros

The DC office really appreciates that you are doing what is essentially data entry all day long and strives to make you feel appreciated and to make the office environment lighthearted and fun. They encourage you to take breaks to walk around the office in order to give your legs a little movement and your eyes a break from the computer. You have lots of opportunities for overtime. And the salary is competitive as far as temp work goes. Every Wednesday was Bagel Wednesday and management brought in bagels for the office. Occasionally, bonuses were charged with the temps too.

Cons

You are doing data entry all day long so you end up sitting for long periods of time staring at spread sheets.
