      -Good Pay -Great benefits -Opportunities for advancement -Fastly growing company so you can move up the ladder in a matter of months

      Cons

      -Daily Productivity requirments -Weekly meetings -Monthly IQC reviews -Don’t dare pull out your phone or even check it without management immediately seeing and telling you to put it away -Email threats to the whole company if one employee is not following the rules -No eating at your desk or you will get told something about chewing too loudly -Micromanaged to the point where you will get told to stop taking even if the talk is about work -Management definitely plays favorites.
