      Inspiring leadership that promotes growth and learning. Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies (AI, SDKs, cybersecurity, etc.). Great exposure to real-world projects across Africa (DRC, Uganda, Kenya). Collaborative and respectful work environment. Clear mission to empower African talent and digital transformation.

      Cons

      Still growing, so some internal systems and processes are evolving. Limited international exposure for now — but expanding rapidly.
