Working at Analytics Insight was a disappointing experience. The management structure lacks transparency, and there’s a strong sense of internal politics that affects fair growth and decision-making. The main managers often show favoritism, which discourages genuine hard work and creativity. Company policies appear inconsistent and are applied selectively, making it difficult for employees to feel secure or respected. Salaries are below industry standards, and increments or bonuses are rare, even when performance targets are met. The workload is heavy, with unrealistic deadlines and little appreciation for effort. reviews that appear online seem carefully curated or planned to hide the real issues inside the company. There’s also a noticeable lack of HR support when it comes to resolving internal conflicts or handling cases of workplace harassment or bias. Overall, this is not a healthy place to grow professionally. Transparency, employee well-being, and fair management practices need serious improvement.

They give you homework during sat and sun to work on their website and submit article. 6. No digital marketing tool available with them. 7. Much much less salary than market standard 8. You say your expected salary then you are called for interview and if selected they will say you that you are selected please resign from your current company and give details. After giving the details and resignation proof of the current company they come to you shamelessly offering negligible hike and say we cant provide more. Then why did they ask you the expected salary or why did they ask you to resign the company before negotiating the salary.
