Pros
Great prospects for its products and solutions. A potential start up unicorn. Conversion of ex-SAP customers was a great sales strategy in market development.
Cons
Too many chefs spoils the soup. Too much politics in a company so small, which are not productive and constructive to the development and growth of what seems to be a big potential "Unicorn". Big hiring to attract ex-SAP employees, brought along their own old school politics which "enhance" the complexity of what was already a political environment. Despite Asia having a bigger marketplace, no focus investment in developing the brand in Asia beyond its annual HUB event.
