      The other reps you work with.

      Cons

      The pay, middle management, upper management, the president of the company. No development of new employees, terrible training and the worst compensation in the industry. Everyone on salary hides all day doing the bear minimum of work. Company will be out of business within a year.

      Amazing 401K Owned by Allergen Respected in the industry

      Cons

      The company is currently downsizing and morale is at an ultimate low. It's an untrusting environment with lots of game playing. No training or development programs outside of the sales department. Lack of respect for personal time off, was expected to be available to customers at all times.
