      Pros

      The pros for me are definitely the culture, Anderson Automotive Group truly is an amazing company to work for. I went from working in the food and beverage industry working every holiday and weekend to having every Sunday off, major holidays off and having a structured schedule. I also have a great team of coworkers and management is incredible. I have been with the company 3 years this September and I am forever grateful to be employed with the Anderson Automotive Group.

      Cons

      If I had to say what the cons would be for some maybe the hours, Working at a dealership you are gonna have some late nights however that doesn't bother me.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, room to be promoted and grow. Always wanting and willing to celebrate wins. The company really goes out their way to show appreciation for the employees. You are celebrated at every milestone. You are always treated my higher ups with a smile . Everyone is always willing to help

      Cons

      Change , a lot of people get promoted or moved around and it’s hard to ever get use ti people or your job bc it’s subject to change within a year or so.
