Previous reviews of HR are not wrong. “Leadership” is a mother, daughters, sisters and more reporting to each other and they seem to think the rest of the company doesn’t know. If you aren’t family don’t expect a fair raise or treatment. Growth and promotion are nearly impossible unless you are related or get lucky and someone leaves. Even the non relatives in HR seem to wise up and leave within a few years. Hard to take them seriously or value opinions or feedback when they act like high school girls. CEO is personable and approachable but allows this and the VPs except for the newest one jet around collecting frequent flier miles and giving orders with no awareness of plant reality. Compensation model is a joke and is not tied to performance but is determined by the head of hr and how much she likes you. Accountability does not exist in any department. Goals are unrealistic and impossible to achieve as you are always tasked with multiple crisis. Disrespect is rampant amongst functional departments. Communications are non existent. It has been a number of years and things seem to be getting worse. I had intended on retiring here, but am starting to look for alternatives. Just another mismanaged company.

I have not experienced anything negative at this time. I have enjoyed working with Android so far and I am excited for the future.
