      Pros

      usually work with great people - good personalities and attitudes work in variety of fields (TV, web, apps/games) a lot of non-profit work

      Cons

      low pay for work not the most exciting projects sometimes - do a lot of outsourced cleanup work for bigger studios

      Pros

      Great collaborative environment. I was a student majoring in a non-art area who only had some art pieces from high school to show for; even so, Animax took a chance on me and let me intern for the fall. What's more, the work they gave me had actual impact (it went into the final product, wasn't trivial). Really appreciate the time I had working there.

      Cons

      In general, the art/animation industry is a tough one (no lavish pay/compensation), so it's not a problem with Animax as it is with the industry in general.
