there is no pros here

Cons

the absolute worst company i've ever worked for, no pto, no sick time, you don't get paid holidays and when there is a holiday and they are closed you are required to make up your time from that missed day, no bereavement a close friend of mine passed and I had to miss work to attend the funeral and it counted as an "occurence" against me, I've had the flu and covid while working here and since you don't get sick time I get "occurences" against me, they couldn't care less about their employees, they pay you terribly, save yourself the headache and do not work here

Pros

There are a few really good and talented people working there. I feel bad for them.

Cons

Extremely unorganized with no real vision for the future. Executive leadership talks about the same things at every annual meeting.

They offer the ability to work remotely.

Cons

Poor management and leadership. Toxic work environment. If you don't value yourself and do the bare minimum you'll probably do great here. Little room for growth and professional development.
