They put on a great show - but that's all it is, a show.

Cons

The only reason why there is a star is because this is the lowest rating I could choose. If I could give a negative rating I would. - Short sighted leadership - Poor senior management skills - Lack of processes - Blatantly lied during interview - things were very different after joining.

The worst leadership a company can have. CEO is abusive and an absolute con man. He has absolutely no clue what he is doing.

Relaxed working hours. That's it.

Cons

Top down management. Indecisive. Cheap. Takes forever for a decision to be made. Inefficient because everything needs to be approved and the senior leaders cannot cope or catch up. Horrible products and strategy. Toxic environment.
