Pros

- People genuinely care about one another and take real pride in what they do. - The leaders in Operations and Finance are among the best I’ve ever worked with. - The culture is casual and laid-back, yet there’s a strong focus on excellence in both work and products they produce. - I’ve personally seen the difference the products make — they’re high quality and have truly improved my pets’ health and longevity. - I joined Antelope in 2023, and it’s been a ride! Like many fast-growing startups, we’ve seen ups and downs - from hopeful beginnings to one of the toughest stretches in my career - but the turnaround has been incredible. After some key staffing changes and strong ELT hires, I’m so happy I stuck it out.

Cons

- Still figuring out the best processes and techology solutions to streamline resonsibilities. However, this just means opportunitiy to make an impact.

Pros

- Mission-driven company with a clear focus on improving pet wellness through better nutrition. - Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can make a real impact and see results quickly. - Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. - Great environment for those with a “builder” mindset — you’ll learn a lot, move fast, and have visibility across brands and functions. - Exciting time to join as the company grows and matures its systems, processes, and data infrastructure. - Flexible work environment with a good balance between autonomy and accountability.

Cons

- Growing pains typical of combining multiple companies (alignment, process standardization, etc.). - Roles can be fluid — great for learning, but it can be challenging for people who prefer clear structure. - Limited formal training — most learning happens hands-on or peer-to-peer.

We love hearing that our mission, pace, and builder mindset come through in your experience! You’re right that bringing multiple brands together comes with its share of growing pains, and structure and training are areas we’re continuing to strengthen. Feedback like this helps us do that. Appreciate you taking the time to share ... and for being part of shaping what Antelope becomes. 🐾
