Some colleagues and Pernille, that's it.

Cons

Micromanagement. Sexism. Business comes first. Competitiveness over teamwork and collaboration. Low salaries. Pension scheme is bad. Pay raises are very low or inexistent. No growth opportunities.

Pros

Work/life balance. Very informal environment. Flat org structure with an opportunity to speak and collaborate with the colleagues at all levels in the company. Diversity.

Cons

Pension scheme. Salary raise and requirements (% billable hours). Lack of task flexibility (attachment to a client). Your role is practically not what you like and can do best but what the client wants you to do, and it’s hard to change once you are in a long-term project. A lot of changes in senior management structure all the time. High people turnover.
