Pros
They pay very well (at least management does) for a construction company there size. Great facilities, company vehicles, and equipment. Safe working environment, and great foreman.
Cons
They come off like this "new and edgy" company that is going to care about there employees. They host an upper management meeting once a month that almost seems kind of like one of those crazy southern churches where they do snake handling and things like that. However when it comes down to listening to "certain" employees its the same as every crappy company I've worked with or for. They have an "Old Boy System" that quietly goes un noticed and/or unchecked! I reached out to the CEO, and another higher up about this, and still to this day have yet to hear back.

Great opportunity for growth and industry development; cool new interesting projects and more on the horizon.
Cons
small company with significant growth normal issues; difficulty finding the sweet spot for office help and field support.
