      Pros

      You can learn many things within the franchisor organization. Multiple responsibilities, tasks and projects keep the job interesting and fun. The people, including the CEO, are thoughtful, empathetic and supportive of the other employees, franchisees and customers. Very pro-franchisee and the internal culture supports it.

      Cons

      I was challenged with possibly juggling too many responsibilities. However, I am also one to take on as much as I can - my accountability. Establishing boundaries is important through constant communication, as there are a lot of balls to balance.

      Decent pay. Individually owned. Lots of great things to learn. Steady pace.

      Cons

      Being individually owned, communication was poor, the environment was toxic - very disappointing because other than that, would have been a cool place to stay at.

      Great for phlebotomy skills development but poor pay and support

      Pros

      Draw blood from open to close Monday-Friday and Saturdays - ability to fine tune phlebotomy skills. Obtain a deeper understanding of extensive lab results.

      Cons

      The work expected is far above their capped pay of $18-21. Long hours, expected to be able to work alone, in locations that require 2 medical personnel to be present. Inconsistent communication with leadership,

      Get your labs done @ a discounted rate.

      Cons

      You don't get any benefits....None.The Boss is very arrogant. The only communication is negative...Never will you here that you've done a good job or we appreciate you. However when you make any mistakes they sing it from the rooftop. High employee turnover.
