      There is no pros ! If I could, I would give 0 rating.

      Cons

      The president is a complete scumbag. His behaviour is very rude, he doesn't respect any laws/employee agreement. Even after ending of employment, he won't give you an experience letter or release letter (big NO). This is not even a company - always moving city to city with 5-10 employees. Worst culture, office environment and you can be terminated any time when there client is gone or they don't need you.

      Pros

      A bunch of brilliant minds from all over the globe in a single place aiming towards a common goal. Amazingly friendly culture. People are so friendly, humble and always there to help you. One of the best company cultures I’ve ever worked in. Management is always open to ideas. The company is growing up with a collection of nice ideas from everyone working in. Flexible timelines and no micromanagement. So you get lots of breathing space even in a fast paced startup ecosystem. Always get a chance to learn something new.

      Cons

      Lots of people are coming up with loads of brilliant ideas. Blend them together to make something awesome is challenging sometimes, but absolutely worth it.

      Pros

      Great colleagues who band together in the face of adversity. Reasonable working budgets when you finally get things approved. Employees are generally hard working and if you're struggling, then at least you know the strife is universal.

      Cons

      With the bosses, it is always their way or the high way (of talking about why your way sucks and you do not know what you're doing). Severe lack of people skills across management team. You will be verbally threatened of your job, and there is a sense among employees that you may be asked to leave at any given time (bosses routinely verbalize this). In my time, I've seen over numerous people asked to leave, leave, or stay in silent resentment thinking "this is the worst job I've ever had." I have so much more to say, but at the risk of losing my sanity/civility I'll hold off.
