      - Looks like a vibrant and inviting company on the outside. - If you do well, the company will reward you. - If you like gossips, you will love the people there.

      Cons

      - Extremely poor work-life balance. Working in the wee hours of the morning is highly celebrated in the company. If you think this is brilliant, then you deserve to be treated like a slave. - Office full of backstabbing colleagues. - Because work is so tough, these people find joy in gossiping about others. Behind the whole "positivity only!" facade is a bunch of really hateful people. - Singling out people and using social isolation is a common practice. - The product is very weak, hope this changes. - Management is doing too many things at one time. There is a lack of focus and concrete plan.
