Pros
Great CEO that cares about employees. Fantastic Dir. of HR. Great company vibe. Close knit group. If you can get into this company during its R&D or right before its commercial roll-out, then you will be one of the lucky ones!
Cons
Top down business model. Nothing gets done without the CEO/Controller micro managing each step of the way. The company is scaling back to focus on R & D but afterwards...watch out...it will be an incredible company to work for.

Very nice people, great culture, and diverse workforce. Flexible work hours, just needed to be at the office during core hours. Nice office perks.
Cons
Lack of work contracts. Could be more cost effective by working most folks remotely and keeping a smaller office location.
