Take advantage of staff. Management do not think about their staff. Squeeze their staff till the Max and never think of their staff. Give excuses or force staff to go when they think you are no longer useful to THEM!! Even you work yearssss with them. With this kind of management, you need think twice before you decide to work with them! They are ruthless. If you do not believe, you may try to work with them and experience them yourselves.
