The VP R&R lacks communications skills, constant ignoring and “forgotten” one on ones that led to a failing team that just puts out fires and doesn't develop anything new.
There is no plan on employee for improvement or retention and you just get the feeling that you must walk over others to gain anything.
To sum all the experience it felt like nothing is good enough, there is no plan and the r&d management is unable to work with the actual developers in good relation.
