Pros

Good mission, good co-workers, Decent Benefits

Cons

Failing business model, immature leadership, unqualified bosses, lack of opportunity for growth or promotions, unnecessary company drama, poor product design, no innovation support, cuts corners due to poor planning and time issues, complete lack of resource management, concerning testing practices, lack of revenue, no business growth, favoritism, toxic work environment, no employee appreciation. Recently was bought (July 2025) by another holdings company because AAI [APC] was not making the former holdings company [Halma] any money and cost them [Halma] millions. Puts on a good 'face,' but has lots of issues beneath the surface which make many employees miserable. When employees leave the company, AAI tries to deny justified benefits.
