      Pros

      I grew up in this company. I started in an entry level position and was able to move around and develop new skills. I worked on a great team who I considered family. I had flexibility. I was able to telecommute and had accumulated a lot of time off.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the regulatory and political scrutiny, the company has been struggling for years. I also think the company has lost its vision. A lot of new management who seem to be throwing spaghetti on the wall to see what will stick. I hope they just get back to basics and their roots.
