      Pros

      Freedom is one thing that I would say. The company has got good talents but the management has got to improve in terms of providing opportunity to the right people.

      Cons

      Company is sold recently to another BPO and it has been happening for quite some time now, the earlier company was Zavata, then Apollo, and now a new buyer.
