Very flexible. I was a contractor before for App & Flow and did love so much how they work and the environment than I ask for becoming full time. I did want so much to join this type of team and now I'm so happy.
Cons
No cons, but some project are really fast pace so we need to be really flexible.
Very flexible and formative work. It's nice to use an edgy stack and to constantly try out new things! I definitely learned a lot since I started working there. Today, I feel very competent and completed and it's clearly a consequence of App and flow's culture!
Cons
It's not a con per say, but we often deal with young inexperienced startups. This means you need to learn to be comfortable with ambiguity, be self-reliant and show initiative, so it's definitely something that might not work for everyone.
- Great company culture
- Flexible work schedules
- Work remotely if you want
- Modern stack
- The thrill of being part of a small team and seeing it grow
Cons
Could be a pro or a con depending on the person : No middle management, you deal directly with your clients. Love it or hate it, it's definitely different than in a big company with a hierarchy.
