Pros

AppEx Networks is a tech start-up that offers policies to support employees’ growth in the workplace. I can get access to technical knowledge and experiences that sharpen my work skills and make me more confident and competent. The reward system also encourages me to make efforts and helps me to move forward. I really enjoy the collaborative workplace culture in here as my colleagues are great and it is easy to maintain amicable interpersonal relationships in the workplace. We can share valuable information and thus increase our productivity as well as creativity. A good leader is also crucial in my work life. I really appreciate the help as well as the encouragement from my boss. The positive emotion from my boss motives our work engagement such as enthusiasm and job involvement.

Cons

The company is located a little bit far away from downtown, so it takes time for me to commute every day.
