- Long hours are not unheard of - They expect you to come in and immediately onboard with little to no support - Small margin for error, little empathy (imagine forgetting to update a simple weekly report and your boss just comes and scolds you harshly for it) - Everyone is just passing their stress downwards - Not much room for career growth, you just come in and work hard to keep the revenue coming in
