Pros

Nothing to say only salary is good

Cons

I worked at AppviewX Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore, for 4 months in an SRE role. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts for the benefit of others considering this company. The hiring process itself was exhaustive, involving 6 rounds of interviews. However, after joining, I was asked to perform tasks more akin to a call center job rather than an SRE role. This mismatch in job expectations was the first major red flag. The workplace culture left much to be desired. Many managers have been with the company since its inception, yet their behavior reflects a lack of professionalism and respect, particularly towards new joiners. Their technical knowledge seemed minimal, but they had no hesitation in making condescending and baseless judgments. The incident that led to my resignation was particularly disheartening. Despite logging in early, I had to leave the office 5 minutes before the scheduled time due to a personal reason. My manager confronted me in a vulgar and disrespectful manner, making the environment intolerable. That incident was the final straw, and I decided to leave the company that very day. Advice to prospective employees: If you’re considering an SRE role at AppviewX Pvt Ltd, proceed with caution. Don’t compromise your self-respect or career growth for an unprofessional work environment.

Pros

I genuinely feels people first hiring managers are approachable, teams collaborate well and there is openness to trying new ideas in how we work and hire. Because we hire for complex, enterprise grade products used by large global customers, roles here offer strong exposure to security, automation and large scale problem solving, which is attractive for candidates who want depth and ownership early in their careers. Even though we operate like a fast growing SaaS company, many teams are conscious about maintaining healthy work life balance and a supportive peer culture, which is something I actively highlight in my conversations with candidates.

Cons

Like many growing companies, management styles and communication can vary by team, so your experience may depend a lot on the group you join.

Pros

The salary package is competitive. The team is supportive and collaborative.

Cons

Freshers are not treated with respect. The environment feels negative and unhealthy. Managers use others to do the work and take all the credit. There is a lot of office politics. Not a good place for talented people or those starting their careers.

Pros

The company operating in an interesting space - Cybersecurity/Digital Identity and it being a product company is a good combination to add value, learn and grow. The company also has platforms like technical seminars/discussion forums, hackathons etc which adds to the learning. There is a lot of focus on overall wellbeing with many initiatives focused on different aspects like physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing. There are opportunities to volunteer in social cause programs which I personally like. The company also has different types of leaves (which people actually take!) apart from usual casual leaves like CSR leave, Bereavement leave, Sabbatical, Paternity and Adoption leave. There are different clubs available for like minded people to come together and share ideas & thoughts. Physical environment / Office space is good. We get free snacks. It is a hybrid work culture with approachable managers and leaders.

Cons

The rapid pace of innovation and growth might be overwhelming for some especially those who prefer a more steady or predictable work environment. Depending on the role and the lifecycle of the product mapped to, maintaining perfect work-life balance may require extra effort during peak times.

Pros

They give decent salary and product is good.

Cons

Forget about work life balance. Gotta work day and night but extra working hour compensation is too less. There are some managers in the company who is biased and jealous they keep reporting even silly things like a school teacher, that puts a bad name to you even after all your hardwork.

Pros

They are supporting hybrid work culture

Cons

Starting from the hire fire game, HRs always into hiring and firing. This year 90 percentage of the interns ( who was already got their full time offer along with the ir internship offers ) were not converted as full time employee. They were kicked out of the organisation just like that which ruined their careers now. And the same will apply to some experienced employees to suddenly your will call you and the hr want to talk to you about your resignation. If you don't agree to this voluntary resignation then you will receive fake performance review call, manager torturing and threatening calls from hr too. It's very bad for employees. Why should they hire always if there is not even having enough businesses requirements to allocate to already existing employees. Worst company. It is ruining many people's careers and mental health.
