Learn social skills and apply your specific human interactions with various type of people group.

Cons

There is no basic pay or even allowances for let say transport food. The effort put in does not always pays off. The system is relative attractive, but not sustainable. It is not possible to work long hours and unpredictable career path. In simple terms, this job may be a good fit for those who are new or wanting to hone their sales skills. But no one works on a empty stomach.

1) Enriching young working environment 2) Structured training to continuously enhance your skill set and mentality 3) Personal mentoring to increase sales standard 4) Non desk bound 5) Career progression is based on your performance instead of qualification 6) No experience required as mentoring will be provided 7) No caps to how much you can earn (Star sales agents may earn >$1k per week)

Cons

1) Full commission (Off day equals to no pay) 2) High commitment and this steals off your personal time 3) Working for both weekends are "highly recommended" 4) Some days, you may not clinch a single sale even though you worked hard for the whole day 5) No welfare benefits (No Medical leave, No CPF, No dental benefits, No Annual leave etc) as you are so called "Self-employed who is contracted to the company 6) Promotion will only happens if you are able to train and keep a group of people working closely with you (You will earn management incentives based on your team performances) 7) Occasionally, sales disputes are bound to happen as there will always be dishonest sale agents around 8) You are "highly recommended" to attend workshops and trainings AFTER WORK that is provided by STAR sales agents
