      Pros

      The people in Israel are all pretty awesome. The technology is really cool. At this point I'm just typing stuff to meet the 20-word minimum requirement.

      Cons

      I'm not going to beat around the bush - The CEO is a full blown narcissist with a dash of sociopath. That's as tactfully as I can word it. All of you still working there know exactly what I'm talking about. You won't publicly agree with me, I get it, but you'll all go home tonight and vent to the people whom you can vent to about how crazy he is. If you're entertaining a job here all I can say is no matter how many positives there might be about appdome, working with Tom Tovar is the last thing you want to do. There needs to be a public service announcement about how toxic the guy is.

      Decent technology. That's it. Sadly enough.

      Cons

      They paint the typical picture "this is a start up with amazing potential" and "not for the faint of heart", although this may be true, the current management team in place (CEO+VP's) is one of the worst and inexperienced team I've ever seen. A few REALLY important reasons why you should stay AWAY: 1) If you like management to review ever email you send to a prospect or customer... 2) If you like a place where the CEO is the only one that knows everything... 3) If want to work with a inexperienced CEO+VP team... 4) If you don't care about growing in your career... Advice to someone thinking about being apart of Appdome, do your career a favor, move on from here. Once I get a MUCH better opportunity, I'M OUT!

      Amazing Potential

      Pros

      the appfusion product is an excellent concept. There are some great free security integrations for any app. The team in Israel is among the best in the world (I know, I work with them) and the CTO and founder Avi Yehuda is awesome and is a an amazing innovator in Tel Aviv.

      Cons

      The company was recently taken over by a new executive team. The new CEO is a nut. He joined in July 2016 and is referring to himself as a "Founder". He is not a founder, he is a dumb dumb and a crazy person. We have rushed several SDK integrations and all are failing. They are especially troublesome with iOS 10.
