While it's cool that the founders are all still there, it's what has hindered the company from getting to the next level. I know it's the nature of tech, but way too much employee turnover, especially with CROs and all of the changing mandates. Quotas are mostly unattainable with the super lengthy sales cycles and I don't think executives realize it. The company wants to capture a market segment and be a player the size of a SFDC or SNOW, but that ship has certainly sailed. Promotional opportunities can also be very misleading, there are layoffs that happen rather frequently. I would not be shocked if there's a PE acquisition sometime in next few years.
Dissent is listed as one of the company's values, although my experience wasn't indicative of a company that lived by that.
