Pros
- The CTO is a great mentor and is very clear and precise about what to do. - The engineering team is also helpful. - Working hours are flexible and as far as you complete your work on time there are no bounds.

- Nothing as such, all good.

- Great learning experience on end-to-end application development, right from system design, UI/UX, querying, scripting to deployment and validation/testing in the production environment. - Amazing culture and you can work cross-functionally with Swedish and US teams. - Pretty solid work-life balance
